Hi :) My name is Viktor, and I’m the founder and chair of the Vis in Unitate Foundation.
I’ve been through different stages – working in local communities, talking to people, trying to bring change: sometimes through projects, sometimes through decisions, and sometimes simply by listening. Over time, I came to understand that experience is neither a shield nor a medal. It’s just a point from which the next step becomes clearer.
Today, the things that matter most to me are simple but meaningful: to act together, to act for people, to act with empathy.
I believe that with those who share this approach, we can create something real — for communities, for spaces of trust, for change that doesn’t shout, but leaves a mark.
