  • Internet speed and provider

  • Google Analytics data: age, gender, interests (anonymous)

Data collected during registration:

  • Username, name, email address

  • Cookies may store a unique identifier linked to the account

Data collected during newsletter subscription:

  • Email address

VIII. Copyright

The Website and its content are owned by the Service Provider.

Some content is licensed from third parties or under free licenses.

Under the Copyright Act of February 4, 1994, it is prohibited to copy or reproduce content (articles, photos, videos, etc.) without written or electronic consent, excluding indexing by Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Simple press information (facts without author commentary) is not protected and may be used.

IX. Changes to the Terms

The Service Provider may amend these Terms at any time without explanation.

Changes will be communicated via email to registered Users.

  • For non-registered Users, changes apply immediately upon publication

  • For registered Users, a 7-day transition period applies

Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

X. Final Provisions

The Service Provider is not liable for content published by Users or its accuracy or legality.

Service continuity is a priority but may be interrupted by force majeure or third-party interference.

The Service Provider may modify, suspend, or terminate the Website at any time, without prior notice.

The Service Provider may assign its rights and obligations regarding the Website to another party without User consent.
