Hi! My name is Viktor, and I’m the founder and chair of the Vis in Unitate Foundation.

I’ve been through different stages — working in local communities, talking to people, trying to bring change: sometimes through specific projects, sometimes through decisions, and sometimes simply by listening carefully. Over time, I came to understand that experience is neither a shield nor a medal. It is only a point from which the next step becomes clearer.

Today, the things that matter most to me are simple but meaningful: to act together, to act for people, and to act with empathy.

I believe that with those who share this approach, we can create something real — for communities, for spaces of trust, and for change that does not shout but leaves a mark.
