Partnership with Vis in Unitate

A proposal for organisations who want to bring human-centred change

Vis in Unitate is a foundation registered in Poland. We develop and support long-term initiatives that make public processes more human: simpler, more honest, and understandable.
We don’t build international branches or administrative networks.
Instead, we partner with organisations that see similar challenges in their own country or community — and want to take action.

We currently run two ongoing initiatives. Both are free of charge for participants and fully implemented by our foundation team — no financial contribution is required from local partners.
Each initiative can be implemented in your country or community through respectful and clear cooperation.

Pro-Human Digitalization

Making public websites and digital services truly user-friendly

We’ve all been there — trying to use the website of a city council, school, or social office and finding it confusing, overloaded, or simply broken.
Filling out an online form? Hard to find. Understanding it? Even harder.

Pro-Human Digitalization is a simple methodology for evaluating digital public services from the perspective of everyday people:

  • what’s clear and what isn’t,

  • where users get stuck,

  • and what can be improved without a revolution.

What we do as a foundation:
– provide ready-to-use tools and guides,
– host the entire platform for local evaluations,
– offer full technical support and infrastructure.

Your role as a local partner:
– translate the materials and survey forms,
– promote the initiative locally,
– moderate the process and ensure local relevance.

We Support Locals

Helping small-scale producers and makers thrive

In towns and villages, there are people creating meaningful things — baking bread, producing cheese, sewing clothes, making natural oils or handicrafts.
Many have no brand, no website, no support — just honest work and deep commitment to their craft.

In this initiative:

  • we help create a brand and clear visual identity,

  • we build and host a website for one year,

  • we teach the person how to manage and grow it independently.

What we do as a foundation:
– build and host the website on our servers,
– provide full technical support and training,
– carry out the process at no cost to the participant.

Your role as a local partner:
– identify suitable local producers or makers,
– help verify need and relevance,
– assist with texts, photos, translation, and communication,
– act as a contact point during the process.

Who we’re looking for

Not only national institutions — we value those who see real needs in their community and want to take action.

This includes:

  • NGOs, municipal initiatives, or local groups,

  • schools, cultural centres, or informal coalitions,

  • any team that wants to do something good — honestly and openly.

Why local partners?

Each country is different: language, social trust, user behaviour, digital access, administrative logic.
We don’t believe in copy-paste solutions. What works in one country might not work in another — unless it’s adapted with care.

That’s why we’re looking for local partners who:

  • understand their context,

  • translate our tools into real-life actions,

  • and build bridges between people and systems.

How to reach out

To begin, write us an email at:
